Wood Timber Specifics

Although clear grades are also available, western red cedar timbers and beams are often provided "green" with a full, rough sawn look. For a smooth, even look, our cedar timbers can be surfaced on all four sides (S4S). 

For both interior and exterior application, wood timbers and beams are also offered in a range of sizes and widths in soft woods including Alaskan yellow cedar, Doug fir, and hemlock. 

Please check on availability and allow more time for processing if you would like to have your wood timbers kiln dried to reduce splitting and checking and ready to absorb a stain or paint. The specification information required is:
